We want your Pink Capricorn goodies to arrive safely, beautifully, and smelling absolutely divine.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.
During product launches, holidays, sales, and other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
The Pink Capricorn Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather or natural events
- Postal disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Customs or import delays
- Delivery attempts when no one is available to receive the package
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
If you realize that you've entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or that the package can be redirected.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have it sent again.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN ORDERS
We package our candles carefully, but unfortunately, sometimes the shipping gods choose violence.😩
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged candle/product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
- A brief description of the damage
Please do not throw away the damaged item or packaging until we've had a chance to review the issue.
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because our candles are handmade and fragranced products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please carefully review your order before checking out.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as expected, please contact
us. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
CANDLE SAFETY & HEAT DAMAGE
Candles are sensitive little divas.
During warmer months, candles may soften or experience cosmetic changes during shipping, particularly
when exposed to high temperatures.
We cannot guarantee that candles will remain completely unaffected by extreme heat during transit.
If your candle arrives soft or slightly altered due to heat, allow it to return to room temperature before
lighting.
Never place a candle in direct sunlight or near a heat source.
For your safety, always follow the candle care and safety instructions provided with your product.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, The Pink Capricorn Candle Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking around your property, with household members or neighbours, and contacting the shipping carrier.
