Why does my soy candle have white or frosted areas?

That's called frosting, and it's a natural characteristic of soy wax.

It can happen as the wax crystallizes and is not necessarily a sign that anything is wrong with your candle.

Your candle can still burn beautifully.

Why does my candle look slightly different from the photo?

Because our candles are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and appearance can occur.

Your candle may not look exactly like the one pictured online—and that's okay.
