Return and Shipping Policy
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However If your candle arrives damaged, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt, and be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged product, so we can make it right.
Our current processing time is 2-3 business days. Your order will ship 3 to 5 business days after order is placed. Please note shipping times are not the same as processing times.
